By using our website and services you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This forms a binding agreement between you and NVX Vehicle Security, a trading name of NVX Performance Ltd.

General Website & Service Terms

Information is provided for general information only and we make no guarantee of its accuracy. Prices are subject to change without notice. All content is copyright protected. These terms are governed by UK law.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel within 14 days, provided installation has not been scheduled. A £50 cancellation fee applies after booking, and an £80 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. Returns must be in original packaging, unused, with the customer responsible for return shipping.

Installation Requirements & Conditions

The customer, vehicle and stock must be available; engineers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes. The vehicle must be in a safe, legal location with doors that open fully and a charged battery capable of starting the vehicle. Complex vehicles (EVs, hybrids, supercars) may incur additional costs or prove unsuitable. An £80 fee applies if installation cannot proceed due to vehicle condition.

Installation Liability & Sub-Contractors

Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately after installation. NVX Vehicle Security accepts no liability for disputes between customers and sub-contractors.

Faults, Repairs & Call-Outs

We require reasonable access (normally up to 14 days) to inspect any issue before liability applies.

Warranty

Trackers are covered for 3 years and other products for 1 year. Warranty excludes vehicle faults, user error, tampering and wear items. An £80 call-out fee applies if an issue is not product-related. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty implications.
